If you own a GF4 4200 Visiontek (or even others I'm sure) and your fan is making the sounds of death just simiply pull it out! Add a few drop of 3 in one to the center of the fan spindle and pop it back in.
Im sure it can be done without even removing the card if you have enough clearance below and have some long fingernails. I didn't know this until removeing the card and then futhermore removing the motor assy from the heatsink to find they separate with NO retianing clip.. Magnetizm keeps the fan from dropping off as its upside down once installed..

Just a find I though I'd share. Most of them crappy little fans are NOT seviceable.

That's a short term fix, but it probably won't last too long.
My GF3 Ti200 is on it's 2nd factory fan. Neither lasted more than 3 months. I finally put a custom fan on it.
