where to download MS Java Virtual Machine?

where to download MS Java Virtual Machine?
i recently reinstalled my OS and upon visiting a couple of websites (ie. ICQ2Go), it prompted me to download MS Java Virtual Machine and when it auto-opened the windowsupdate site to download it. i then got an error msg saying it's no long available to be available for download from windowsupdate. ugh... can anyone help me out?
