IE6 Question

seemed to me that under IE5xx, when you moused over a link, there was a display - maybe in the lower left hand corner of the screen? - showing the address of the link - does this exist in IE6? anyone know how to enable it? TIA

Not sure how to enable/disable it but I am using IE6 in WinXP Pro and the address shows up for me in the lower left hand corner when I mouse over a link.

fooled around for a while and finally found it

view>status bar>enable (check it)
