anyone know what is contac number to dispute with att about service?

does anyone know the number to dispute service with att? I am currently getting 56k connection and my upload speed is 512k for some apparent reason for about month and half now i have been calling and telling them addressing to them about the issue it was not until i finished a talked with tech support yesterday tha they are finnally calling for actual technician to come over. Two i never got my bill. I was like WTF. I feel its unjustified for me to pay 45.95 for 56k connection when i could get that connection for 10 to 25 bucks a month.

thx i contacted thru there and bastards told me to email them addressing my concern then i get some bs that i did not fill out the fields correctly or one of the fields missing. I hate ATT customer reps the technician was suppose to be here from 9 am to 1pm and its already 1:30pm they have still not have arrived. I am going to give them ring again. This time i am going to yell at them.

no prob.. hopefully your "issues" have been fixed by now!!

believe me, i've had my share of issues with their tech support. the one thing i hate is when you know exactly what the problem is but they still put you through the "level" of calls asking the same question over and over.

i've never had problems though with them being late.
