Man this stuff is tough! :( What do you guys use to remove this stuff. I have tried just about everything I know. Please help me out here ;)

i use either rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover...
less on the latter

Rubbing Alchol works on the Arctic Silver thermal compound but the epoxy I thik is permanent

Get it at an auto parts store. Ive used it for other epoxy but not AS. It takes a bit of work. Soften it up first with the stuff then you can chip it very gently or rub it off slowly.

I daresay you are more likely to break whatever is epoxied than get the epoxy off safe and sound. Epoxy is meant to be permanent, and it generally tries to stay that way.

Depending on where it is this could help but carb cleaner does the job. I have some AS epoxy but after spending an hour removing some from a vid card chip, decided on using less permanent method.

If you must use epoxy and think you might remove some day use a dab on each corner and as grease in the middle.
