Avoid Judy Thayer from Miramar or Margate Florida

Basically she has been stringing another along for about 3 months. She sent a poorly packaged monitor to a trader and it was damaged. In the meantime she's ignored him for up to a month at a time, gave him a bad eval(say what!) and keeps saying she has no refund check back from UPS. As if it wasn't clear from her foul attitude and poor communication now it's clear she is a liar. This from the trader(Sensor) who called UPS:

On prompting from Blade and some others, I called UPS again today and made up some jargon involving fraud and paperwork evidence or whatnot.

The information I have from UPS is that the original claim was rebuked for "insufficient packaging". It was reconsidered upon request, and a check was sent on May 29 to her address. Another check for the same amount was reissued on June 07. Finally, upon convincing a supervisor I was legitimate, they offered to provide a copy of the cancelled (cashed) check signed for by Judy Thayer!

I will NOT accept "$100 per month" so that she can "borrow" $600 from me for longer. I would not be surprised if Ms. Thayer is looking to spend $300 on new equipment because she received the refund check.

I have requested a copy of the refund check. Again, I ask Judy Thayer to contact me via email, PM's, smoke signals, or whatever else. My skepticism grows with every moment, however.

Due only to his thread she "offered" to send him $100 a month "till she gets the check". Well, she already did and was obviously using money that wasn't hers. She had a few ads at anands asking to buy around $300 worth of items, yet she can't pay him back what she owes him.

Sensor has been waaaaay more patient than most of us ever would have been. Anyway her usenames vary so please just remember Miramar, Floride and maybe her name Judy Thayer too. But her known names have been Topgirl, judyth and ripoff

She used to post a lot as "topgirl" on AT , and when this deal with sensor went down she was posting under both names at the same time . blade ygm .

Thanks Blade for all the you do for us. His being able to spot a troll and banning her after one post says a lot for him. Unfortunately it also means that he has had lots of practice and has just fine tuned his senses better.
