Any Linksys that is compatible with DD-WRT firmware.

I have three Linsys (so Sov won't have an aneurysm) "gateways", and all are running DD-WRT. Best thing I ever did. Stable and tons of new features.

I'm using an older Linksys WRT54G with the DD-WRT firmware and it's been solid as a rock for 3 years.

Last time my router bit it, I was on a limited budget, and had to get the cheapest one I could find. I picked up an Ativa (Office Depot) brand router... made by Belkin, and I have to admit, it is one of the best purchases I have ever made. It's a basic router, non-DD-WRT compatible, but it does it's job, which is routing, wireless to my laptop... rock solid stable, great connection speed and range. But if this guy dies, I'll be picking up something I can DD-WRT

I guess I need to look into this DD-WRT stuff.. I've got a first gen WRT54G that's been rock solid, but sounds like lots of upgrades with this other firmware.
