I was young and didn't know how to spell, so I purposly misspelled both words so I'd look even more retarded. Got the phrase from an Aerosmith song.

Floater is the name of a killer band out in Oregon... always liked the band and the word itself. Wish I could see them live, but living in PA, don't have the occasion to go out there much.
