That's something for me to think about. My dad has lots of woodworking stuff so finding the right tools and equipment or a place would not be a problem for me. I look forward to seeing your's when they are finished.

That's nice to hear, I gotta get myself a router + circle cutter though (so I can properly flush mount the drivers).
Otherwise I have pretty much well everything else :)

It's located in a fairly small room and it's a Carver system with 250W per channel. My speakers are VERY old but I don't listen to enough music at home anymore to justify replacing them with newer, better speakers. They're OK for DVDs however, just need more bass IMO. I'll look into the links above, thanks.
I stopped into our local BB yesterday and heard them running a very nasty sounding powered sub. This guy asked the salesguy if it was suppose to sound like that and the salesguy says that that was because they had it hooked up using speaker level inputs instead of low level inputs. What a bunch of BS! Why would any store trying to demonstrate and sell a product NOT have it wired as best possible? Like "Oh, it'll sound MUCH better at YOUR house" right! ;)

Hehehe, speaker levels are usually a tad worse, but they shouldn't be THAT much worse.
