The financial world still revolves around paper records. Seeing all the issues with electronic systems, I see why.

I think the main thing is that voting is a super high priority target. SOMEONE will find a way to hack it.

WV is going to be using that in the next primary I think. For grins, I might try it (breaking my rule about installing garbage on my phone). Normally, I just wander into the courthouse sometime during early voting. Usually takes me about 5 mins.
