iFixit Magnetic Project Mat

Post by FlyingPenguin »

Bought one of these handy mats for occasions when I need to disassembler something with small screws and parts.

Nice quality. The mat's magnetic so screws stay put, and you can write on the mat with an included grease pencil.

Man I could have used that last week. I replaced the screen on my wife's phone and had all the parts laid out as best as I could but that board would have rocked!

I ordered a couple of these for holiday presents - ended up getting them thru Amazon @ $25 since these folks wanted $20 for s/h.
