there is the loop hole to open source. if you make some kind of huge improvement and post it using chrome, and they decide to charge for it or make it no longer open source they can use your code any way they please.

Also going to make the "can I get that in black" joke.

So far I like it. It has a clean interface, it's very fast, but I wonder if anyone will make plug ins?

I'm not thrilled about how it handles bookmarks, nor do I like how FF changed their method to organize there's either.

I agree. I had just gotten used to FF's bookmarks and they changed it.

I actually like FF3's bookmark management better than FF2.

Im happy with FF3 ... no need to install another program to do the same thing.
