48-Hour Sale* Aluminum Super-Flower Silent TT-450SS 450W ATX Power Supply for P4 & AMD Athlon w/ 3 Fans, random color chosen for customer

http://directron.com/tt520ssal.html

I am thinking of buying several. Not for a gamming system at all really. Basic work systems, hard drives, burners etc.. but no high powered video cards.

Mostly 1700XP or 2500XP barton systems maybe as idea to system.

Sale was 48hour so it ends tonight?

What you want them same day Air??

I am not really that far away from them, about 800 mile maybe, but shipping has always been cheap for me, Ups ground. I even bought big stuff from them in the past like cases. Might want to check that again, or are you like in Alaska or something? :)

My shipping showed as less than $15 I think last night and that was for alot of things, but the order was not placed yet.

Be aware Directrons shopping cart does reset to 0 items if not active for a few minutes, really stupid when carts do that. Get a large order about ready to be placed then get busy looking to see what else you need and the cart is wiped out.

er, sez right there he's in Canada. Cross-border shipping via UPS is insane, thanks to their customs brokerage fees.

That said, TTGI power supplies are generally pretty good, IME.

Realistically, you have to expect to spend more than $50 on a decent PSU. More like $75 if it's a gaming rig. It had better be dual 12 volt rail.
