Printer and Toner question

I got an Lexmark E210 Laser printer and a few empty cartridges. I also have some toner from a copier that broke down. The toner is Konica Toner. Would the lexmark printer get damaged if i would recharge its cartridges with Konica toner?
I never refilled cartridges before but i got this printer very cheap and dont want to spend 100 bucks on new cartridges.

no idea on the refill, bit I have an e210 and remember paying about ~$80 for a toner cartridge - but don't remember where i got it

yes that would be 80US so over 100 Canadian. I found some for 60C on e-bay, but thats still to much for right now.
Refilling still would be cheaper, but I dont want to wreck the unit.
