water cooling Santa sled

Post by pcasanta »

I'm wondering what extras i might have to add to the cooling system if i were to mount a water cooled system to my sleds computer .
i do make lots of stopping and going . i also go great heights in the sled . and then I'm wondering what temperature and how to keep the cooling water from freezing in the reserve tank due to the cold temperatures I work in on the 25th of December .
any help guys I'm going to due a major update on the sled after i get though this years Christmas journey . ;)

you could add some saline to the tank, or better yet, you could tap one of those little barrels on the deer's collar.

I was just going to comment on that! Why would you water cool if your gonna be flying around in the cold? air cool should work great ! when on the ground its gonna be at the most 80F and in the air -55. so it should be fine on air.
