That link doesn't work.
DO NOT skimp on the power supply unit (PSU)! Lots of horror stories posted here about systems that are unstable, reboot by themselves, crash, BSODs, all because of a crappy PSU.
If you plan on overclocking you DEFINATELY don't want a cheapie PSU.
The Enermax 365P-VE is the cheapest I'd go with. I buy these for customer replacements:

They're good units for the money but I've heard stories that Epox mobos don't like Enermax PSUs (never had the problem myself though).
If you're overclocking I like the Vantec TRUE line:

There's others I'm sure people can recommend.
Foxconn / Allied make cheap OEM PSUs. Yeah you can get it for $33 but there's a reason it costs so little. You get what you pay for. It weighs half as much as a GOOD PSU because it's got a little mickey mouse heatsink in it and only 2 fans.
The heavier the PSU the better and GOOD PSUs are HEAVY. Big heatsink and dual fans = voltage stability.
TRUST ME spend an extra $25 - $35 on the PSU and you'll avoid headaches later on.
