ABSOLUTE QUICKEST WAY TO FORMAT A DRIVE:

I have several 80Gb drives. I use them for video work or for Ghosting client systems (all my workstations have removable drive trays).

Whenever I need to format a drive as NTFS (whether it be new, or prviously formatted as FAT32) I just use Norton Ghost to restore an image of an empty NTFS partition.

Takes 2 seconds :)
