Anybody used a Norcent 15"" LCD?

in the process of looking for an LCD for #1 son, found this for $248 at Wallyworld

looks like it might be decent, but not sure about the specs -

any help from you LCD gurus appreciated!

A review might help more ... looking at the specs it is OK for most stuff.

"Response Time: 8ms/Tr,22ms/TF" = 30ms total and that's a lil slow for fast moving video or 3D-Shooters (ghosting), gamers want a response time of 24ms (or lower).
