AMD XP 1800 & Asus A7S333 Combo Overclockable? good?

HI guys I am looking at getting a new mobo and CPU the local shop has a decent price on the
AMD XP 1800+cpu and
ASUS A7S333 Motherboard
I don't know much about the new mobos so is this one very good?
I still use the old Abit bh6 here with soft menu which I liked alot for overcocking celerons...but I think its time to go AMD what do you guys think?

WW, I did a search on google looking for a review on that mobo and all I got back were in languages I do not understand. :;

I don't thing many (if any) have that mobo here. It's mostly Iwill, Soyo, Shuttle, Gigabyte and Epox. Any others to choose from? Maybe see if you can get an epx 8k3ae for a good price. I just ordered one and it seems like a good oc'ing mobo and cheaper than most. If that's what you're after.

You have ddr ram?

Hi Blade no i have old ram...about 512 megs or so kicking around in 2 comps and pieces...lol
but I will get the ddr ram with the mobo and cpu.
I thought asus was a good name for mobo's but I haven't upgraded in a loooong time so who knows...
I'll check out some others...my friend got a msi mobo with his xp 2gig.
