BIOS only seeing 128mb of 256mb stick

Yeah voodoo if you would have read a few of the previous posts you would have read that he's done that HT i'd just call them and RMA it tell them it only shows 128 megs of ram and send it back... If you get a new one and its flaky rma the motherboard... To me it sounds like its a bad stick of ram.
