Might be time to rma the mother board. I have a Dragon Plus and have been very happy but it does seem that Soyo has had some quality control issues with the Dragon and Dragon + boards. Have you ever had this mobo working stable or did the problems just start when you upgraded your video card?

if you really suspect your vid card..............

try a clean install of your OS with only your vid card installed and bios at default settings. (no other cards, just 1 hd, 1 cd/dvd drive, etc.)
"I didn't do it!!!!"

me thinks that taking that revolver from my avatar pic and emptying the cylinder into the side of this comp would be fun.....
