do you guys i should do the move. or should stay with me
the computer specs
are onboard video
and ethernet
sound
333mhz celeron
pc66 64mb ram
that should be enough to do the move right????
i am replacing windows me with linux mandrake 8.1
For gaming: stay with WinME
For everything else: no prob with Linux
Just go and try Linux when this is a secondary system, hardware is powerfull enough, Linux runs from a 386 up to the latest 64-bit servers.
It's a nice system to get in touch with Linux. I'm currently trying to install SuSE 7.3 on my secondary box to use it as DSL router/firewall and then some.
