Important enough that even though I have my PCs setup to delay security updates 30 days, I'm manually installing this one now.

BTW for those of you, like me, who are still on an older version of Win10, MS is making this update avaiulable for all versions of Win10 going back to Build 1607 from Aug 2016, despite the fact that it's long since out of main stream support.

The update should be available in this week's Windows Update if you don't have security updates delayed, or you can manually install it from the Windows Update Catalog.

FYI: A few people are reporting that the patch for this is not installing automatically for them. If in doubt, download the version for your OS in the MS Catalog:
