MiniTool Partition Wizard mini-review

Post by FlyingPenguin »

This is a real nice partitioning tool. The free version does basic re-partitioning and resizing. The Pro version adds much more.

I needed to do some massive re-sizing of partitions on my file server, and I no longer trust my old copy of the Acronis partition manager. Also, I did something stupid and accidentally deleted a partition. It wasn't irreparable, I have backups, but it was easier to just recover the partition.

Turns out the Pro version of the MiniTool includes a file and partition recovery tool, so I upgraded and instantly restored the deleted partition.
