Dell Vostro 400, Q6600, Nvidia 8800GT running Win10 1903 quite smartly

A client retired an old Dell Vostro 400 with the venerable Q6600 quad core CPU, and the equally venerable NVidia 8800GT. Even with only 3GB it runs WIn10 as snappy as a modern PC.
Found a cheap 4GB ram kit for it and I'll stick it on the garage shelf as a charity PC.
