Halfscreen powerpoint "show"

Post by beef »

Hey guys,
We recently got some flat screens in our new office at work for displaying various forms of information 24/7. What we would like to do is run a scrolling powerpoint on one monitor while also displaying some additional information on the other half of the monitor. So essentially we would like to split the screen in half and let the presentation scroll on the left and show the desktop on the right of one screen. Is there any programs that will do this? I haven't found a way to run a powerpoint "show" without doing it on full screen. I swear Ultramon used to have an option that would force windows to stay on top even during powerpoints, but I've either upgraded versions since then or I was on happy pills that day.

If these was any other good way to force the other window to stay on top of the show we could play with our powerpoint format to just leave that area of the screen blank and have the other window show on top.

Thanks!
Have no fear, the BEEF is here.
