when I try to open wintv program I get this

Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate
permissions to access the item.

I uninstall it and reinstalled it many times and still the same problem. Help please.

Not sure. Rather vague error message. I assume you're logged on as an admin or you wouldn't even be able to install the app.

You might try emailing Hauppauge Tech support. They've been very helpful in the past.
