Unusual. Here's some possibilities:

- You have a download manager installed which is corrupting the files. Uninstall any download manager. You may not even know you have one installed - some of these are spyware. Do a thorough spyware cleaning that checks for BHO objects. Follow my instructions here: http://theflyingpenguin.com/spyware-removal.shtml

- There's a download corruption issue related to zip files here: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=308090

- You Internet cache may be set too high. There is absolutely no reason to have a cache size larger than 150Mb. Anything bigger is begging for problems. Also try deleting you cache manually: http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/delcache.htm

Hope this helps...
