i would think so, and your 32-bit apps would be especially vulnerable. if you have checked out the win64 trial version, IE has a 32-bit and a 64-bit version. this was a few months ago, but i tried to do windows update thru IE 64 bit and it forced the browser to close and open up IE-32-bit, so as long as there are things out there dependant on 32-bit platforms, viruses will still be a threat. when everything moves to 64-bit, the 32-bit viruses will start to be obsoleted.

then of course, i am sure people will make 64-bit viruses, too.
