Does anyone know of any FREE php website hosting companies that fit the following criteria ( or there abouts )

100Mb Webspace
FTP access 24/7
http://www.domain.com/subdomain or /~subdomain
no SQL is fine
All filetypes
Banners are ok, Don't want Popups

Free? Good luck. Cheap yes. Hostica.com is under $60 a year and they support PHP in their M-class account. There's probably cheaper ones, but I can recommend Hostica.
