Loggin User Internet Access?

I'm after a program that logs my users internet access, (Time online + Sites Visited) so that I can try and control access better on my network. I have some apps (mostly Citrix) that are running over a VPN that shares bandwidth the the internet link and am having problems with users abusing the internet and causing us loss of performance. Is there a network app that will do this for me?
Thanks,
Darkheart

You can try running a proxy server to do so and to lock them out of stuff they shouldn't be using. Also, this company has a program for logging etc...

For home use...Proxy+
http://www.proxyplus.cz/ Up to 3 users free.
For Commercial use on Windows...Proxy2.0 (I have not tried ISA Server, yet)
For Commercial use on Non-Windows OS's...???
Also, your VPN software should have some sort of logging info, and also allow for bandwidth throttling.
One more thing...For reporting on proxy logs...WebTrends

which product of theirs will work with Proxy Server 2.0? I was looking at their site but most of their stuff seems to be geared for analyzing web traffic on your webservers.
EDIT: I looked some more and it looks like their Firwall solution will do the reporting on proxy server logs. Thanks for the heads up braunyaur.

I use the Pro version. It does Proxy, Web, and Link analysis.
Granted, it's geared more towards the Web Admin, but the Proxy Analysis makes it worthwhile.
