Windows ME questions??

Hey all I am running win Me now...Don't laugh I like it better than 98 for some reason..
anyhoo...I have a few questions for someone who knows this op sys.
- Where is the sned to command folder? I want to add my netowrked comp and another folder to it but how do I edit it in ME?
- In win 98 and 95 I always put the win 98 folder on another partition so when I had to add files etc..I didn't need the disk It would find those cab files..how do I do this in ME?
-Where is the inf ? folder? in win 98 it held the drivers for printers etc??

also what size swap file should I use for ME ? I have 128 megs of ram..

Make sure you have "show all files" checked in Folder Properties". The folders you mention are in my Windows folder.
