Trying to decide on which of these 2 boars to buy,I want pc133 support without having to overclock agp & pci bus but have heard that 815e isn't up to the perfornce level of 440bx.any advice would be appreciated.

dude, I have to say neither one of them Abit boards IMHO are not the best one's out there. Sure they bundle some nice things, but their quality is just not up to par with Gigabyte, Asus, or MSI.

I'd go with an Asus CUSL2 (have one now). It's one of the finest overclockers I've ever layed my hands on to date. I've got it running 180mhz bus, without a single problem. What more could I ask for?
