Ok since we lost some post I am going to repost this and see if any one has an answer. First my specs then the problem

P3 750@1000 with Alpha P3125
ASUS P3V4X 1005 bios
256 megs Crucial PC-133 cas2
IBM 75GXP HDD 20gig
Leadtek GEForce 2 GTS 32meg
SB Live
Pioneer 16x slot load DVD
Generic 4x4x24 Burner
Antex SX830 with 4 80mm case fans
Win 98SE

Ok this thing runs very stable with vcore at 1.9 and FSB at 133MHz with SETI an UT running temps stay around 35-37 and it has not crashed yet. The problem is it won't boot at that setting from a cold start. I have to set it to FSB of 124Mhz and get into windows then restart it go into bios set it to 133Mhz and it loads up windows and runs just fine. Any ideas why it wont load Windows and run from a cold start?

I believe its the motherboard. I had a CUSL2-C that did the same thing. CPU would post fine at 850 and would run at 952 but only on a restart. From what i've heard the CUSL2 don't change the voltage until the bios has posted. After it has posted it gets bumped up. And when you restart it stays set at whatever voltage you had it on before so it only does it on a cold boot. There's nothing wrong with your board its just the way they did the bios i bet. Probablyu don't change the coltage until the bios posts.
