Just unlocked it today and mounted it and have it at 1000 doing 3dmark2k benches. Runs about 39c on the msi monitor with a fop32 heatsink with a sunon 80mm fan.
Tried 9.5x108 but doesn't always boot up stably and the mb defaults to 5 or 6 multiplier. Is this about tops for this cpu? I am very pleased and with the 6800 video it does 5260 on 3dmark2k at 1024x768 at 16bit.
I may swap the 60mm fan back on to see what diff there is or maybe the superorb although I dont like the mounting on it as it requires more pressure than the GW.

if that 39C is temp under load, that is really good for an AMD cpu. Also, if you have a KT133a chipset, you should be able to get the FSB to 133 with PC133 ram. Lower multiplyer and faster bus speed will do more than just pure cpu speed.

good luck,

you may just be topped out on that cpu - i had a duron 700 on the same mobo and it's top was 950 - it's really hard to do anything with the fsb on that chipset - you realy need the 133a chipset to do the fsb thing - temp sounds good too - i started with an fop 38/delta and then switched to a fop 32 becuz it was annoying -

Its still pretty good!

Ran more stress tests etc and even tried auto on the fuzzy logic overclocker which came up with the same as me. I can feel the heat coming out the two exhaust fans after looping! Its probably tapped out which is great for a 65 dollar cpu. Also got a 600 that only does 6.5 x 108 but the MSI boot up is real flaky or my pencil job wasn't very good as I have to do the set bios and power off during reboot, then back on to get what I set.
It was down to 38c at stress today with 1.87v indicating but 1.8 set.
It happens to be 20c warmer than my C2 at 103fsb!
