when I first built my duron 700@900mhz computer, I found out that my pc-100 128ram was broken, I left it in there anyways and bought a pc150 128ram stick. Just recently, I realized that my pc-100ram "revived" but then "dies" randomly. Just thought it might interest some of u guys =)

Have you tried sticking the semi-functional RAM into a different slot?

As cheap as RAM is , why don't you just throw the stuff away? Better yet smash it up and take pics and then post them here ! :)
