Need a suggestion for a Motherboard

Post by Absolut Talent »

This motherboard is going to be used in my cousin's project. He is trying to make a home theature pc.

Trying to talk him into a mobile Xp, with pc2700.
Onboard lan is not neccessary since he is gonna put a wifi on it.
onboard vid not needed
onboard sound has to be decent till he drops for a Audigy 2 ZS platinum

The case he is getting is here
http://silverstonetek.com/products-lc01.htm

He says he wants one that takes full advantage of the front ports (firewire, usb, etc..)

So, any suggestions on a nice stable board?
Gone for good. But never say never

I know my Epox 8r3da+ has 2 fire wire and 4 usb headers for front pannel use. and its been a stable board.

DFI ultra infinity is another fine choice
