I sent Iwill tech support an e-mail today, wow was I surprised to have a reply when I checked my mail a few minutes ago, fast reply for a M/b tech support!
Was told,
"There is a 2year warranty on all newly purchased motherboards. Warrenty
cover almost everything except there is physical damage done to the
motherboard then there would be a 45$ repair fee."
Wow, 2 yrs and if YOU break it get it fixed for $45!
I expected maybe 1yr and tough luck if I broke something.
No problems with my system, but nice to know when I buy a new board!
Shuttles website says only to direct sales, otherwise contact the retailer for what ever they offer.
HMMM did Iwill just move up a notch in my book maybe?
Anyone know how IWILL's 400's are doing so far? In case I need to get something different when I RMA the Shuttle I can't get to work.
Iwill 2 yr warranty, fast reply!

shuttle lets you rma directly if you didnt buy from them. on there rma form they jsut ask for where U bought it and the reciet # or somethign like that. very nice of Iwill though. that is new though cause when I had a board a while ago it only had a 1 year and they shafted me on it. it was over a year from when it was made but Not from when I bought it and they told me no.

Shuttle will do an RMA?
From what I could tell reading their website was that if you didn't buy directly from them they would not
warranty the board, had to go to the retailer. I wonder if that's something new then.
I was looking at the posts at AMDmotherboards.com or something like that, and it looks like this no post is a common problem with Shuttle boards. Saw several posts for the Ak35 and some others like AK31 with the same problem I have. No answers though on how to fix it cept what was said here.
Reseat and try different parts.
