I was wondering if I stick pc3500 ddr 433 in my mobo will I be able to oc the fsb to 433, easily, of course changing the multiplier.
The next one is really dumb. Wht is the purpose of the VGA?
Does any one know where I might be able to find ranksinks that are water cooled?
thx I am trying to learn everything before I start

You can get water blocks for your memory at
http://www.overclockershideout.com.
I am not sure that they are worth it, IMHO ram does not respond all that well to cooling.
As far as voltage is concerned, you just have to see how your particular chip does. You will find your cpu's limit pretty quickly. After that you will find that larger voltage increases lead to increasingly smaller increases in speed. Personally, I would be hesitant to go above 1.8 volts.
I don't understand what your question is about VGA. Before the AGP slot existed, video cards lived in PCI slots or ISA slots and were referred to in the bios as VGA. Most boards give you a choice of displaying AGP or VGA first on booting. Is that what you are asking?
Is your XP2000+ unlocked? That is the first step. Whether you can run really high FSB speeds will depend on a lot of variables, including luck. I haven't seen a review of your board yet that got the FSB past 168mhz.

Generally you don't want to go over about .2 above default. I've ran chips at .3 over before but you need adequate cooling to do so. It sounds like you've got water cooling so you shouldn't have much problems.
