Motherboard monitor isn't always accurate thanks to the motherboards onboard sensors. I've seen if be off as much as 8-10 degrees. Only way to be accurate is using an external temp sensor and having it touch the cpu core.
You using the senfu pred and getting those temps? They are still acceptable though but could be better. If they are accurate.

Off a little, the temp in the BIOS is 2-3 degrees warmer. I use to use a PAL6035 and my temps were closer to Predators.

I wouldn't be concerned about the 12v rail... its a little moer forgiving than the 5v rail is
Blade i don't think MBM reads the correct temps... My external probe right now reads... 43C while MBM read 46c and 114 F.... I'm learning not to trust MBM.... I'm also using the Volcano 2 fan on it... With that loud jet engine on there idle at 96 load at 108.... according to mbm so drop each of those by 5 degrees and its probably closer to the correct temp... Ever since i went to the newest version of MBM my temps have been higher by about 8 degree's.
