wondering about people running a dual setup how high did you go!

okay i had spare vp6 and two intel pentium3 coppermine chips 1.0ghz so i decided to throw it in there. i was wondering for the people out there. how fast did you guys get your dual setup going.

when i overclock my setup to 1.1 ghz i get bios chechsum error and system hangs. it will only run at 1.0ghz. but when i leave only one chip in there i can achieve up to 1.25ghz.

why is it that when theres dual i can not even get it up to 1.1ghz

Dual Pentium 3 1.0ghz
512 MB Ram By IBM
Ati Rage Pro 128
Aureal Vortex sound card AU188
Nic Linksys

heat on the chipset mebbe?
oh yeah... are they the same stepping?
different stepping usually can mean different overclock...
