WTF?! Why the Hheck does my Athlon kick up at 45 C at 1.33 GHZ! (These temps were at 49 C while I was playing the demo of Red Faction) I don't get it... Could the touch so great or something. And, could that spill of arctic silver on my processor actually hurt the temps like this? (remember, I think it was around August 22nd or something). And, could it be my motherboard? Could the GA-7DXR be creating this much heat?

FYI: I have 3 fans bringing air in, and 2 fans bringing air out, all 80mm. Same fan on my SK6 also, runs around 5015 RPM the whole time.

my case is pritty tweeked. got one intake bottom front, 1 120mm in window blowing on everything, 1 blowing out behind the cpu, dual fan enermax PS, Large bay dual fan and a 60mm fan mounted Behind the Mboard cooling the back. :) so I spent alot of time working on it.

spilling artic silver over the cpu doesnt really do anything. I have it all aroudn the die. jsut to lazy 2 clean it up.

So you have a 60mm behind your mobo? So it couldn't possibly be my hardware, just my case cooling? I think that's good news. When I have more money, I may invest in some parts to make my own mods, but I may need to find something ti learn on first. ;)
