Which is faster???

Celly II 600 or PII 400@448?? It's for a friend of mine who does nothing but play Half-life. Opinions please........
i would guess the cely2.

I'd bet the Celly 2 would do 800+ easy OC'd. That would difinitely blow the P2 into the weeds
