What is the best option for getting ports to the front of your case? Live drive, etc?

I'm looking to put the USB, joystick, and audio ports on the front side of a case that is going to be tucked back in a desk that is nearly impossible to get to without pulling out the desk. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Tim

Live!Drive alone is one solution but an expensive one when you have to buy it ... FrontX might be the better (and much cheaper), you can check it out at
http://www.frontx.com/
Ports currently available are; headphone, microphone, audio-in, game, serial and USB.
Serial and USB ports come with an internal version which can be connected onto the motherboard.
You can find it at many places, like
Plycon for under $20 (the Live!Drive standalone is around $100 and doesn't include USB).
FRontX basic for $18 gets you Line In, Microphone, Speakers, and a Joystick to an available 5.25" drive bay ... USB or other cost extra.
You could DIY but that'll cost you more in time and work. I made myself a front extension including a 2x16 LCD, 2xUSB and a headphonejack to the front ...

I bought a FrontX - good quality construction, works great, and the price is reasonable.
