New system !

Just got done with my new system, tell me what ya think.
Case: CoolerMaster ATC-110
PoS: PC Power and Cooling 450w
MBO: Abit TH7II RAID
CPU: P4 1.8 478
512 MB of Kingston Rambus memory
HD: IBM 60GXP 40gig
Video: Leadtech Ti500 (better then Matrox in 2D, couldnt believe an NVIDIA card with awesome 2D)
Sound: SoundBlaster Audigy Gamer
CDRW: Plexwriter 24x10x40
OS: XP Home

I do have a few questions, can I run this CPU stable at 2.0gigs with an overclock ?
And does its being a locked processor pretty much keep me out of the OC arena?
And last but not least, what would be a safe FSB and voltage core adjustment ?

locked just referes to the Multiplier Not the FSB. so jack it up. No idea about voltage or anythign else being a nonp4 guy. but as far as you have a Nice heatsink crank it up a bit.

I'm not sure how I got here, one site led to another and here I be. Thanks for the welcome, that Hammer looks like its gonna put one hell of a hurting on Intel, compatition sure is nice. What got ya hooked on AMD, besides the under dog thing?

What got me hooked on amd is of course the lower cost but the better performance added to it bigtime. Why not get better performance at a lower cost? Just makes sense. Some say an amd 1.4 performs as well if not better than a p4 1.8.
