anyine ever OC'd a laptop before? just curious- doesn't seem like the best idea. anyways, it's a PIII 950 on a dell laptop

That pretty much covers it especially when you are taking about a gem like the Dell.

Laptops are no designed for overclocking ... no jumpers and certainly no BIOS options AFAIK ... besides, overclocking would add serious heat and lower battery runtime.
