Looks intresting. I might trash my Abit IS7-E and will have to buy a new 865 board.

I have no experience with MSI so how are their boards? Anyone have any problems with the onboard sound oon an MSI motherboard?

referb not brand new. The Asus A7N8X Deluxe (one of the best NForce 2 boards) is $125 at newegg with a 2500+ at $92. P4 2.4 Ghz 800mhz FSB is $171 and a mobo like the A7N8X (good quality mobo) is running $145. That's $217 for a new mobo and AMD processor and $316 for the Intel. Now, preformance is about the same but more towards the AMD (i'd say AMD outpreforms the Intel by about 10-20%). The AMD costs less and probably more preformance!!! Why would you want to go Intel?

Cause even though I have the A7N8X Deluxe and a 2500+ I can't stand AMD and would rather have Intel, AMD's run tooooo hot and I don't like that
