i vote for either the:

asus A7V
or
msi k7tpro2a

and

alpha PAL6035 heatsink
globalwin or sunon fan (60mm)
arctic silver thermal compound

That's what came with my 1ghz T-bird and mobo. Does OK by me at 1.2ghz.
I have my old Alpha from my C366 that fits the T-bird but not as tight so I'm not using it. The Coolermaster looks similar IMHO.
