No need to get huffy. It's not an argument, it's a discussion.

I've just been seeing people all around going through round after round of arguing back and forth over what seems pointless in the end if you're happy with what you have but I guess I was being a bit of a bitch wasn't I? I had a bad day I guess, sorry. :D
All I'm saying is that it's taking chipzilla an extra 400-500 MHz AND another 200-300 dollars from the consumer to match up with an AMD XP. That doesn't sound like any "deal" to me.
I wasn't looking for a deal, I was buying what I want. :)

Anyway, today I got a couple heatsinks and hopefully tomorrow all the stuff will arrive to build my system. :)

I took a few pics:

Cool. I'm ALL for peeps buying what they want. I tend to like off the wall stuff myself ( e.g. ALi MaGik chipset over the "mainstream" VIA stuff etc. ). It's always fun to get new stuff so crank it up report back! I dont even know if I'd know HOW or what to buy if I went with a P4 rig ! That's how long it's been. Man I loved my my P3 700e @ 1011 tho. THAT was a runner !!

Good luck :D
