Post by NascarFool »

Ok, I went back to the 1015 bios and now I can O/C this thing. I bumped the FSB to 145MHz and the voltage to 1.85. #D Mark 2001 ran without any problems. Here are some benchmark results. :p

Specs
Athlon XP 1800+ locked (cooling is no problem, stays at 98ºF with a light load)
Iwill XP333-R rev. 2.0 Bios 1015 (onboard raid is disabled)
400w power supply
2x256megPC2100 Crucial
Radeon 8500 retail
SB Live X-gamers (onboard audio is disabled)
NetGear FA310TX NIC
Alps 1.44 floppy
Pioneer 16x DVD
Yamaha 20x10x40x CDRW

Nice! What BIOS were you using? I'm still using the 11-29-01 BIOS as I've heard that some of the newer ones ant the greatest. I'd put my #s up but I don't have anywhere to host the pics. :(

I used bios Oct 15 2001. In the bios the multiplier can be changed but I didn't change it. Kinda strange that it allows a change with a locked XP.
